This woman is very very good at her job I even have been talking to her on the phone.... She is very patient and has some really good stories... She did make a mistake after 1 month of being in love and true to only me she slipped and clicked on my name when sending a response to someone else who's name started with a d like mine... Hell I'm still in love with her and I know it's a scam, Thanks.......Dave

I work on my pc almost daily. I have profiles on Facebook and Myspace, and other sites advertising my work. But, I can't even get through with my work without some lying, begging scammer trying to separate me from my money, which I work hard for. Some of them are like flies swarming around stink. So, I decided to do something about it, and give them a taste of their own medicine. Without sounding conceited, I am not a bad looking man, and I'm an author. Words are like magic to me. If I wanted, I can sell ice to an Eskimo. So, when I was in the mood to play with their weak games, I would tell them how much I loved them and wanted to be with them, but before I could completely trust them, they had to prove to me that they were worthy of my trust and money.
So, I instucted them to send me something as a token of good faith and then, I would give them the world. I set up a p.o. box for my trap, and I began to recieve cell phones, flowers, house shoes, bathrobes, etc as a token of good faith, which no doubt was purchased with a tourist's stolen credit card. Damn thieves. So, then I called Westen Union and found out the every money wire has a ten diget number and a password that only the person receiving the wire would know. I guess I sent about ten to twelve fools down to the western union of Ghana and Nigeria, who undoubtively left embarrassed and angry. Some of them called or emailed me mad as hell, and I told them that the hunter had become the hunted. People, there are good people in West Africa and other places, but unfortunately, most do not frequent computer cafes. Stop being so gullible; don't send those clowns one thin dime. A Ghanian passport costs around $11.00, and a non-immigrant visa costs $131.00, and if they can't afford to purchase that, then what does that tell you about their economic condition? Ghanians are always boasting about being from the 'Land of Gold.' So, where is the wealth? Nigerians boast about being the 'Super Power of Africa,' with all it's oil, so why do the average citizen there survive on $1,00 a day? With all this boasting, dont you think that they should be able to pay their own way to your land, or have money for their basic needs? Hell, the U.S, taxpayers are paying around $15,000,000 to Ghana to eradicate aids, the guinea worm, and nets for malaria. Damn, where is the thanks?

Anyone seen this one? Claims to be from Ghana (aren't they all?) and calls herself Much here hits the red flag profile as follows:

1. Good looking with sexy photos.
2. California location on profile and magically lands in Ghana.
3. Of course father is dead (Ghana must be the largest cemetary on Earth) and if not that, mother in hospital.
4. Wants to marry (yea right, check out left hand in photo).

I have yet to be scammed, but do enjoy leading these girls on, wasting their time and then laughing at them. The last bimbo made over 50 phone calls to me from Ghana. I'm sure that wasn't for free. I LOVE THIS SITE.

This girl mentioned above has taken me for some money aswell. She goes by the name Nana Serwaa Boateng and hails from Tema, Ghana. I`m not surprised that I came over her picture with another name and e-mail address attached to it. is the one she uses to correspond with me. Her travelling-company( europeexpresstravels) demands to get a total sum of 1500 euro to relese her papers and ticcket. I`ve allready forwarded her 750 euro, but I think I`d better just cut my losses. I will try to casually confront her with this new e-mail address and see what happens. We have talked over the phone aswell. Pretty expencive calls to. Her phone number is: from Norway: +233 249984981. I hope I can gather some more information about this one, and of whoever is involved with this SCAM!!!

I'd like to make a couple of comments.

There ARE some legit women on; but lately, the site is flooded with scammers.

One thing to always keep in your mind: These girls are not writing to you. There is no girl!!! They send you photos of pretty girls, but that's all they are -- photos.

What's at work is a well-oiled assembly line machine. It's actually a work of art.

At some point, they will ask you for money, but you can tune out and sign off as soon as someone whose profile indicates a location in the US, and then you find out they are in Ghana or Russsia.

Let go of it, unless you just want to collect the photos.

If you get to the point where they want air fare and want to come live with you, think about whether you would actually like it to play out this way. Would you want a pretty young woman to show up at your house, take your money, and max out your credit cards before disappearing into the lives of other sugar daddies???

No, it you fall for it and lose $800 or $1200, you've bought yourself a good lesson.

I lived in NYC in the early 1970's, and was taken by con artists at least 4 times. These were small time be comparison. I once paid $40 for a Sony color TV that did not exist. It was a smooth confidence man who was a regular 'customer' in the store I worked in. Over months, he earned my trust His game was very artful panhandling in Penn Station, telling us that he was a plumber by trade but was on strike. He would approach commuters with a dollar bill in his hand and say, 'Sir, can you help me out? I have one dollar, I need 82¢ more for a ticket to Fort Dix.' More often than not, he'd get a dollar bill, then would bring the singles into our store and trade them in for $20 bills. His take was commonly $300 a day. After a few months, he had exhausted his supply of regular commuters and the cops were probably on to him. He took my $40 on his final day of working that turf. The thing is, I liked him! A couple months later, I ran into him again, and he started in with a big story. I said, 'Mario, you don't have to tell me anything. If you want to give the money back, stop by any time.' Once healthy, at that point he appeared to be in very bad shape -- probably a meth addict -- and I would be very surprised if he's still alive.

I write all of this to give some background for being taken. $40 was a LOT of money to me in 1970, but my own greed caught up with me. Sony Color TV's were selling for $500+ at the time.

As for the girls, I am now 58 years old and OF COURSE they catch my eye and imagination, but I don't have the same sexual appetite as some of you in your 20's or 30's. Good luck! And don't feel ashamed if you get taken. You can relay the amusing story to others in the future after you've recovered!
